Our business starts with our drivers. They are the appointed faces of our company and are therefore held to high expectations. Through our recommendation to you to use them to operate your vehicle, they represent our company and our commitment to professionalism. That representation remains whether they are on duty behind your wheel or on their own free time. It is our mission to provide safe and trustworthy service to our customers and we do this by staffing only experienced drivers with clean driving and criminal backgrounds.

Initial Interview
BeMyHiredDriver has a team of interviewers who you can be assured interview each potential driver candidate. Their assessments of the candidates are based on experience in selecting the appropriate candidates for the job along with a vast knowledge of ins and outs of our service’s requirements. If we wouldn’t trust them behind the wheel of our personal vehicles, we aren’t placing them behind yours.

Background Check
We not only require our drivers display professionalism and integrity while on duty, but they must also have displayed in the past and continue to display these qualities in order for us to recommend them to operate your vehicle. Any potential driver whose background check uncovers the following will not be providing our service:

• Felonies      
• Sex offenses        
• DUI’s in past 5 yrs       
• 2+ moving violations in past 3 years
• Any accidents in past 3 years

Experience and Certification
We choose drivers with driving experience. Many of our drivers have their Certified Driver Licenses (CDL). It is common that we provide drivers with backgrounds in chauffeuring, law enforcement, and other forms of public service and transportation.

Fully Insured
All of our drivers must provide proof of insurance at all times. We actively keep up with their personal insurance statuses and warn them of renewal approaching in the near future. In addition, our company has an umbrella insurance policy for any damages incurred while using our service.

Demeanor, Etiquette, and Attire
Our drivers are known to be personable individuals who are committed to professionalism, integrity, reliability, flexibility, and punctuality.  They arrive dressed in a collared shirt with males wearing ties.  Expect chauffer services at a discounted rate.
